Step I : Extensive advice by phone

The goal of the first step is clarifying all details of the intended or existing application. It is very important for us to understand your Process in order to give recommendations for integrating our dispensers in your application. Nevertheless, it is equally important to answer all your individual questions regarding feasibility and to find solutions together, based on information regarding the integration of our systems in your new or existing systems.

Step II : Test dispensing of the customers' materials

In most cases we propose hands-on testing of your media and your dispensing requirements. In order to do this you may either send the medium – e.g. in cartridges – to our test lab in Otterfing or deliver it in person in order to accompany the test run. Subsequently you will receive an extensive test report with a lab classification of your dispensing process concerning process stability and aesthetics (drop categorization). Furthermore, our rest results offer recommendations for system parameterization under the real-world environmental conditions of your manufacturing process.

Step III: Rental system

When you have seen whether our system suits your needs you have the opportunity to rent it for one or more weeks and test it extensively. The better part of the rent paid will be deducted from the purchase price should you decide to buy.

On-site training and setup

As a matter of course we support you with integrating our systems in your production environment with our experience. In order to utilize all application possibilities after installation, we offer training either on-site or in our Otterfing lab.
