Series MDS 3000 products are modular. This means they allow for a multitude of possible configurations by changing just a few components, thus it’s possible to configure the products application-specific. In the same way the customer can retool his system for different applications on-site.
In the minimal configuration each Vermes Microdispensing system consists of:
- Valve MDV 3XX0A
- Control unit MDC 3XX0A
- Supply unit MDX or at least a Fluidic MDF
- Jet module, usually consists of jet unit and jet cartridge
- Cable set
Our systems feature:
- Dispensing quantities reach from 1 nl to several µl per single shot
- Dispensing media from 1 mPas to 2.000.000 mPas jetbar
- High polymer, low thixotropic and highly filled media possible
- Dispensing times in the low milliseconds (frequencies above 1000 Hz)
- Response times in the low microseconds (real-time applications)
- 4 different modes (normal, infinite, external, single shot)
