VERMES microdispensing valves can be found in every application that requires high precision dispensing of small quantities with high throughput. Since the series MDS 3000 products cover a broad range of viscosities there are applications in many different industries.

A typical application in electronics, SMT, semiconductor (backend) and photovoltaics production is the precise dispensing of highly viscous partially filled adhesives, silicones and epoxies. These industries mainly use the MDS 3200A for highly viscous media.

Vermes valves for medium viscous media (MDS 3020A) are used in industries where materials like UV adhesives and cyanoacrylates or oils and greases need to be dispensed: from automotive suppliers and electric motors to white goods and Liquid Crystal Displays and many more.

Another important business area for Vermes valves especially for the precise dispensing of low-viscous media (MDS 3010A) is medical diagnostics. Here repeatable dispensing of single drops and gentle handling of delicate fluids are the most important requirements.
